The campers often spend most of their days running around, playing games, swimming, and doing other physical activities that require much exertion. This helps stimulate blood flow and provides cardiovascular exercise that benefits all individuals. Of course, this is carefully watched over by the camp's leadership and staff nurses, who will ensure the child stays in good health.
